An Embodied Path
Developed by Judith Blackstone, the Realization Process is an embodied approach to nondual awakening. Rather than transcending the body, we practice inhabiting the body so fully that a deeper dimension reveals itself—a subtle, pervasive stillness that we experience as both our own unique presence and the seamless space of everything around us. Nothing left out.
As we attune to the stillness, we discover an unshakeable ground—not apart from our thoughts, emotions, and sensations, but pervading them. Life moves through us more freely. We feel truly at home in ourselves.
The Practices
The Realization Process includes three main bodies of work:
Nondual Meditation — We attune to fundamental consciousness, the luminous stillness that pervades our body and environment. Sitting, standing, and walking practices cultivate subtlety and openness, refine breath and energy, and deepen mental clarity.
Embodiment and Movement — By inhabiting the internal space of the body, we can embody qualities like power, love, voice, and understanding. As we dance with stillness and movement, our embodiment becomes a portal to fundamental consciousness.
Healing Ground — We release the constrictions and energetic holding patterns that we’ve developed in response to life's challenges. These patterns live in the body and can gently unwind from within.
These profound attunements have transformed my experience of what’s possible with psycho-spiritual practices. My wish for you is to experience healing and uncaused joy.
If you already have a mind-body practice like yoga, qigong, or tai chi, the Realization Process can open access to more subtle dimensions. For experienced meditators who've reached a plateau, RP often opens a next step.

Working Together
For those drawn to this path, I offer coaching that integrates the Realization Process. The deepening that happens in these practices supports us in meeting what's surfacing with spaciousness and curiosity. And that is healing.
